The pigtailed fiber end of the CFS18-850-APC is angle-polished and AR-coated to minimize reflections at the design wavelength. The collimator is equipped with an angled housing that accommodates the angle polish. The other end of the fiber has an FC/APC, narrow key connector for the 850 nm wavelength. This design makes it easy to connect the collimator to other components and systems. The CFS18-850-APC can be customized for any wavelength in the visible and near IR spectral regions. Additionally, the fiber connector, fiber type, and fiber length can be customized to meet specific requirements.
