Its detection mechanism is based on a high-performance silicon photodiode, which ensures reliable and precise measurements in the wavelength range of 350 nm to 1100 nm. The S140C is specially created to be easily linked with power meter display devices. It also features a non-volatile memory at the sensor connection point that includes all the necessary data for easy acquisition and assessment. The S140C is incredibly versatile, and its compatibility with a SM1 (1.035"-40) thread adapter and FC fiber adapter makes it an indispensable tool for fiber-coupled and free space applications. Furthermore, the S140C is designed with 8-32 tapped holes and M4 tapped holes, offering the possibility of attachment to 1/2" posts and post holders with flexibility.
