The F6SS045 is a versatile hex adjuster that can be adjusted using a 5/64" (2 mm) hex key, 6-80 removable adjustment knob, or HKTS-5/64 hex key adjuster knob. With a maximum load of 22.5 lbs (10.2 kg), it can easily sustain adjustments that are smooth. Its outer diameter of 0.1380" (3.5052 mm) and length of 0.45" make it an ideal choice for use in miniature mounts. The F6SS045 has a body that is made of stainless steel, providing durability and longevity. The ball tip is also made from stainless steel and is attached to the adjuster with epoxy, ensuring a secure and reliable connection. This adjuster can be utilized with the a threaded bushing that is matched appropriately or incorporated directly into a part or material by creating a threaded hole. The diameter of the pilot bore should be 0.126" ± 0.002", and the imperial drill bit is sized at 1/8" (0.1250").
