Constructed of high-quality materials, the F6SS058 has an outer diameter of 0.1380" (3.5052 mm) and a body made of 303 stainless steel. Its ball tip is constructed of 404 stainless steel and is securely fixed to the adjuster using epoxy. This ensures a durable and reliable product that can withstand regular use without compromising performance. To ensure the smooth mating of compatible components, the F6SS058 has extremely tight tolerances and is lubricated for added ease of use. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use the F6SS058 with the appropriately matched threaded bushing. However, the user can also incorporate it directly into a part or material by creating a threaded hole. The adjuster should have a 0.126" ± 0.002" pilot bore diameter with a corresponding 1/8" (0.1250") imperial drill bit size. The hole can then be tapped with a TAP680.
