Its outer diameter of 0.1380" (3.5052 mm) ensures that it fits perfectly into a wide range of applications.

The F6SS088 is constructed with premium quality materials. Its body is manufactured from 303 stainless steel while the ball tip is crafted from 440 stainless steel and secured in place with epoxy. This ensures that it can withstand even the harshest environments while maintaining optimal performance. To ensure the best results, we recommend using an appropriately matched threaded bushing with the F6SS088. However, it is also possible to incorporate it directly into a part or material by creating a threaded hole. The diameter of the pilot bore should measure 0.126" ± 0.002", which would require an imperial drill bit size of 1/8" (0.1250"). With respect to fine pitch threads, it is crucial to keep the pilot bore exceptionally precise due to the shallow thread depth.
