The RP03/M by ThorLabs is a high-quality manual rotation stage designed to meet the needs of professionals in the optomechanical industry. The RP03/M's Ø4.3" rotating platform is ideal for larger optomechanical components that require smooth, backlash-free rotation. With its ability to offer 360º of continuous rotation and a scale engraved in 1° increments along the outer circumference of the rotating platform, it is the perfect tool for precision rotation. The RP03/M is marked every 20° by a number directly under its corresponding tick mark, allowing for easy and accurate measurement during rotation. The stage's rotation can be locked by tightening the side-located setscrew using a 5/64" (2.0 mm) balldriver or hex key. This feature ensures that the platform stays securely in place during use.

The RP03/M is equipped with twenty-four M4 and thirteen M6 taps, making it compatible with PM3/M and PM4/M clamping arms. These clamping arms allow the user to clamp small to large components onto the rotating platform with ease. Additionally, the stage includes four 1/4" (M6) clearance holes in the base, making it simple to mount the stage to an optical table or breadboard. Three side-located 8-32 (M4) mounting holes are also included, allowing the stage to be mounted vertically. When mounted in a vertical configuration, the RP03/M has a maximum load capacity of 50 lbs (22 kg). When mounted on a horizontal surface, the stage can support a load up to 175 lbs (79 kg), making it an extremely versatile tool for a variety of applications.
