The Z812BV offers all the features and specifications of the standard Z812 actuators, with the added advantage of being vacuum compatible down to 10-6 Torr. Furthermore, it is compatible with a 1.6' (0.5 m) flat ribbon cable with an IDC connector, featuring a 0.05" (1.27 mm) pitch, 28 AWG stranded conductors, and Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) insulation. It also comes with a clamping bush that is fitted and ready for use with a 3/8" barrel mount, in addition to its ability to thread into a ¼" -80 mounting bush.

The Z812BV employs a 6V DC servomotor that delivers sufficient torque for high load capabilities.
