The C390TM-C by ThorLabs is a geltech aspheric lens that is mounted and is designed to collimate or focus light without allowing the transmitted wavefront to gain spherical aberration. With its ability to mitigate the impacts of spherical aberration, the C390TM-C is an excellent single element solution for a wide range of applications, including spatial filtering, imaging light onto a detector, light coupling in a fiber, or output collimation of a laser diode or a fiber. This aspheric lens is expertly crafted with cutting-edge AR coating, making it ideal for use in applications that require a wavelength range of 1050 nm to 1700 nm.

The C390TM-C is mounted in a nonmagnetic 303 stainless steel lens cell that is engraved with the item number for easy identification. One of the key features of this aspheric lens is its metric thread, which allows for seamless integration into an OEM application or optical setup. The lens can also be used with a compatible SM1-threaded (1.035"-40) lens tube through the use of a compatible aspheric lens adapter. This level of adaptability ensures that the C390TM-C can be easily incorporated into any existing optical system or experiment.
