Fabricated from an N-BK7 substrate, the MRA20-E02 is designed for angles of incidence (AOI) from 0° to 45° and delivers externally incident reflections on the hypotenuse of the prism, which features an optical-quality dielectric coated surface. It is important to note that there are tooling marks present at the right and left edges of the coated hypotenuse that do not affect the clear aperture of the mirror. Furthermore, reflecting light off of the coated surface from inside the prism is not recommended because of the adhesion layers used in the coating process.
