Crafted from N-SF1 glass, the PBS251 is both durable and reliable, ensuring long-lasting use. The dielectric beamsplitting coating is applied to the hypotenuse of one of the two prisms that make up the cube. These two halves are then firmly bound together using cement. An engraved dot on the top of the cube clearly indicates the prism with the beamsplitting coating.
