The LMR1 by ThorLabs is a high-quality fixed optics lens mount designed to meet the precision mounting needs of the user. This lens mount is specifically engineered to mount compatible optic diameters ranging from Ø5 mm to Ø4" with ease.
Featuring an included retaining ring and internal threading, the LMR1 allows for secure placement of unmounted optics or externally threaded components. This ensures that the optic stays firmly in place while in use. Moreover, the LMR1 base is designed with an 8-32 (M4) tapped hole located at the bottom of the part, which facilitates easy mounting to Ø1/2" posts.
The LMR1 lens mount is not only versatile, but also vacuum-compatible. Its non-anodized 6061-T6 aluminum material is specially designed to withstand harsh environments, with compatibility extending down to 10-6 Torr right out of the package. This makes it an excellent choice for applications that require high vacuum compatibility.
