The MB6 by ThorLabs is a durable and versatile aluminum breadboard designed for conducting experiments and tests, mounting small subsystems, and putting together optical assemblies prototypes. Measuring at a convenient 6" x 6" x 1/2" in dimensions, the MB6 is a cost-effective platform that meets the needs of the user for various applications.

Finished with a sleek black, minimally reflective anodized coating, the MB6 boasts a nonmagnetic construction and a thickness of 1/2". It is through-drilled with a standard 1" hole pattern that is offset 1/2" from the edges of the board, allowing the user to mount components on both sides at once. Offset form the array of 1/4"-20 (M6) threaded holes, the MB6 features four mounting holes that creates an uninterrupted surface that accommodates the intended application. This breadboard can be attached to a variety of surfaces and mounts, including mounting posts, optical tables, brackets, and other breadboards.
