The PH6 is ideal for mounting optical components when a specific height for a setup has not yet been determined.

One of the standout features of the PH6 is its innovative design that includes a spring-loaded plunger within the aluminum thumbscrew. This unique design securely holds a steel post in place prior to final tightening, allowing for convenient one-handed positioning of post-mounted devices. The PH6 is equipped with 3/16" spring-loaded hex-locking thumbscrews that are designed to provide optimal torque for secure tightening. It's important to note that the maximum torque for these thumbscrews is 28 in·lbs (3.2 N·m), ensuring that you achieve a tight and stable mount without risking damage to your components. The PH6 also features a bottom located 1/4"-20 (M6) tapped hole, providing flexibility in how you can mount it to your setup. Additionally, this post holder is compatible with a variety of table bases and the BE1(/M) and BE1R(/M) base adapters.
