The RBX-FC by ThorLabs is an innovative optical fiber subpanel designed to cater to the unique requirements of the user. With this high-quality fiber subpanel, the user can connect instruments or setups within a rack box chassis to external fiber components with utmost ease and efficiency. Featuring four removable mating sleeves, the RBX-FC can be easily customized to fit the specific needs of a system. Its "snap-on" panel design ensures quick and easy attachment or extraction from a rack box chassis.

The RBX-FC is equipped with four ADAFC1 FC/PC to FC/PC Mating Sleeves, specifically designed for key fiber optic cables that are 2.2 mm wide. The flat FC/PC connectors are not as sensitive to alignment than FC/APC counterparts that are angled, making them suitable for use with narrow and wide key FC/PC connectors. While the RBX-FC's wide-key-slot mating sleeves are compatible mechanically with narrow key FC/APC connectors, aligning angled narrow key FC/APC connectors with these wide-key slots can prove challenging.
